Patrick A. Kulinski
Patrick “Pat” A. (Arthur) Kulinski, 80, Plover, died Thursday, Aug. 10, 2017, at St. Michael’s Hospital.
He was born June 18, 1937, in Stevens Point. He was the son of the late Nicholas and Josephine (Jakusz) Kulinski. He attended St. Peter’s grade school and graduated from P. J. Jacobs High school in 1956.
His marriage to Rose Marie Jurgella took place June 10, 1961, at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church. After their marriage, the couple settled in Stevens Point before residing in Plover for the past 27 years.
His wife, Rose Marie, survives.
Mr. Kulinski worked for Consolidated Papers-Wisconsin River Division, as well as Mattlin Auto Parts for many years before retiring in 2001.
He enjoyed golfing and deer hunting. He was an avid Packer and Badger football fan, and was also very meticulous regarding his lawn. He loved family gatherings and spending time with his grandchildren. Mr. Kulinski was also a member of the Elks Club and the Knights of Columbus Monsignor McGinley Council 1170 of Stevens Point.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Shriners Hospital for Children in his name would be appreciated.
Survivors include his wife, Rose Marie, Plover; one son, Chris (Ann) Kulinski; one daughter, Karen (John) Hoffman; five grandchildren, Brandon and Samantha Kulinski, and Diane, Nicholas and Sophia Hoffman; one great-granddaughter, Brennah Kulinski; one sister, Audrey (Marvin) Worzella; and many nieces and nephews.
The Funeral Mass will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 16, 2017, at St. Bronislava Catholic Church, Plover, with Rev. Charles Richmond officiating. Burial will follow in the Guardian Angel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until time of services Wednesday, Aug. 16, at St. Bronislava Church.
