Kindling Kidnapped: A 61-year-old Stevens Point man called police at 10:31 AM to report firewood was stolen from his home on the 1500 block of Jordan Rd.
Mercenary Mayhem: Police were called at 12:14 PM by a 76-year-old Almond man who said he believed people were being paid to harass him while driving on the 1300 block of Elm St. in Almond.
Crash: Police responded to a two-vehicle crash between a 54-year-old Wisconsin Rapids woman and 82-year-old Stevens Point man on the 5500 block of Hwy. 10 E at 2:36 PM.
Oops: A child accidentally called 911 from the 3300 block of Bonnie Bay Rd. in Stevens Point at 4:12 PM.
Disturbance: Police responded to a reported disturbance on the 1500 block of Torun Rd. at 4:44 PM between a 29-year-old Stevens Point woman and 39-year-old man. The two parties were separated for the evening.
Soda Bandit: The soda vending machines at Zenoff Park in Stevens Point were reportedly broken into at 8:43 PM. No suspect is known.
