OWI: A 20-year-old Wisconsin Rapids man was arrested for OWI after police stopped his vehicle on Stanley St. and Indiana Ave. in Stevens Point at 1:48 AM.
Tuckered Out By Tacos: An unknown suspect was reportedly passed out in the Division St. Taco Bell parking lot at 2:35 AM. The man had left in his vehicle travelling southbound when police arrived. Officers were unable to locate the suspect.
Theft: A 34-year-old Stevens Point woman called police at 6 AM to report her bike was stolen by an unknown suspect on the 1800 block of West Cottage St. while she’d been camping.
Spicy Spot: A 36-year-old Stevens Point man was arrested for violating the terms of his probation after his parole officer discovered the drug Spice on his person at 9:12 AM on the 1000 block of Arlington Place.
Fleet Farm Theft: Police cited a 21-year-old Custer man for theft after he was caught attempting to steal from the Stevens Point Fleet Farm at 9:50 AM. The stolen item was not reported.
Truants: Two males, 15 and 18 years old, and a 16-year-old female were reported for truancy from Stevens Point Area Senior High School at 10:36 AM.
Reckless Roadster: An 18-year-old Stevens Point man reportedly drove recklessly around a corner on Heffron St. where he then jumped the curb, damaging the lawn of Church St. Auto Select and breaking his axel. His car was then disabled in the road. No citations were issued.
