Gertrude M. Kedrowski

Gertrude M. (Literski) Kedrowski, 89, Plover, died Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2017.
She was born Dec. 5, 1927, the fourth child of the late Casmir and Helen (Wysocki) Literski. She attended schools in the Fancher area.
She was married to Clarence Kedrowski Aug. 23, 1947, at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Church. They were able to celebrate 59 years of marriage together before he died in 2007.
She worked at the Weber Fly and later as a housewife. She was a longtime member of the St. Bronislava Rosary Society and the American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed sewing, baking, crafts, playing cards, dancing and having family visits.
She is survived by five children, Pat (Larry) Zimmerman, Fred (Cris) Kedrowski, Barb Klasinski, Gary (Lois) Kedrowski and Nancy (Jim) Jazdzewski; 12 grandchildren, Eric, Scott (Julie), Jodi (Brad), Jacci (Dan), Jo, Ryan (Becky), Ceci, Luke (Amy), Nick, Aaron, Jordan (Heather) and Mitchel; 10 great-grandchildren; Zach, Jake, Ryker, Rylee, Keira, Connor, Addisyn, Avery, Tea and Logan; one brother, Leonard; and two sisters, Eleanor Iwanski and Annette Molkentine.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence; an infant son, William; three sisters, Ruth Palash, Grace Galloway, Dorothy Patoka; and three brothers Rudy, Stanley and Chet.
The family would like to thank the Heartland Hospice Care staff and Maple Ridge Assisted Living staff for their care.
A Mass of Christian Burial was Saturday, Oct. 28, 2017, at St. Bronislava Catholic Church, 3200 Plover Road, Plover. Rev. Ed Shuttleworth officiated. Burial was in the Parish cemetery. Visitation was Saturday prior to services at the church.
