Kelly Jo (Schneider) Robbins, 52

The world lost one of its finest on October 20, 2017.
Kelly Jo (Schneider) Robbins passed away at just 52 years of age with her loving husband, Mark, at her side.
Kelly was kind, funny, and loved her family and friends deeply with her solid gold heart.
After first being diagnosed with aggressive breast cancer at age 30, Kelly endured multiple recurrences, a progression of devastating diagnoses, and two decades of intermittent treatments, surgeries, doctor appointments, and hospital stays. But nothing could embitter her. Nothing could keep her from giving herself to others as a supportive friend, wife, sister, and aunt.
Those who loved her miss her dearly, yet feel fortunate to have held a place in her golden heart. We will strive to live by her example.
Kelly was born July 1, 1965, in Wisconsin Rapids, the daughter of the late Harvey and Catherine (Berg) Schneider. She graduated from Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln High School, after also attending Assumption High School.
She attended UW-Stout before graduating from the Scientific College of Beauty and working at the House of Thomas and the Hair Performers. She later attended UWSP and graduated with a degree in Soils and Wastewater Management.
Kelly married the love of her life, Mark Robbins, on June 21, 2003, in Prescott, Ariz. The couple resided in Amherst before moving to Prescott, Ariz. where Kelly was employed as a Lab Technician for the City of Prescott.
They returned to Wisconsin in 2013 and have resided in Waupaca since. Kelly cherished her pets, loved singing in choirs, enjoyed making jewelry and crafts, and was an avid photographer. She also mentored two girls through Big Brothers and Big Sisters of America.
Kelly is survived by her husband Mark, Waupaca; her six siblings: Joan Blackburn, Rio Rancho, NM; Richard (Cindy) Schneider, Appleton; Thomas (Gail) Schneider, Wisconsin Rapids; LeAnn (Jerry) Piering, Rio Rancho, NM; Darla (James) Iaquinta, Elgin, Ill.; Randy (Maria) Schneider, Cedar Park, Texas; and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
A Celebration of Life Service for Kelly will be held at 4 PM on Nov. 17, 2017, at the Shuda Funeral Home in Plover.
Friends and family will gather at the funeral home to share memories from 2 PM until the time of services. In lieu of flowers, Kelly’s family suggests donations in her name to www.littlepink.org or http://www.bcrecovery.org.
