Well-balanced Well Agreement: Stevens Point, Hull join on residential water reduction issue

After settling 27 original claims that a city well impacted Hull residents’ residential water table back in 2012, the city of Stevens Point and Hull have reached a settlement agreement.
The town of Hull approved the documents relating to Well 11 matters as it pertains to the Settlement Agreement(s) between the town of Hull and the city of Stevens Point at it board meeting Thursday, Nov. 2, following a public hearing and the city’s Common Council approval last month.
“I’m very pleased,” Hull Town Chair John Holdridge said. “There were a lot of people working together and it’s really an incredible thing.”
