Lucille E. Kielpinski

Lucille E. Kielpinski, 97, Stevens Point, died Monday, Nov. 27, 2017, at Willow Brooke Assisted Living while under the care of Heartland Hospice.
She was born Oct. 25, 1920, in Stevens Point, the daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Dziekan) Kedrowski. She attended St. Peter Parochial Grade School and graduated from P.J. Jacobs High School in 1939.
Her marriage to Andrew Kielpinski took place Feb. 22, 1944, in Stevens Point. He preceded her in death Feb. 20, 2011.
She enjoyed reading and loved to bake and was known for her chocolate chip cookies and English Toffee Bars. She also was a member of the St. Peter Rosary Society Rose 17.
She is survived by five children, Marlene (Tony) Pliska, Bonnie (Rich) Weiland, Pat (Bill) Drifka, Tom (Chong) Kielpinski and Jeff Kielpinski; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew; a daughter, Linda Peters; one brother, Henry; a grandson; and her daughter-in-law, Grace.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 1, 2017, at St. Peter Catholic Church. Rev Arul Joseph Visuvasam will officiate. Burial will follow in the Guardian Angel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until time of services Friday in the St. Faustina Room of St. Peter Church. A parish rosary will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday.
