SPASH Boys Basketball Tops De Pere

DEPERE — The SPASH Boys basketball team traveled to De Pere Tuesday night looking to rebound from its first loss of the season at Bay Port four days earlier. The Panthers improved their season record to 2-1 with a 74-62 win.
Senior sharpshooter Drew Blair led all scorers with 30 points including two 3-pointers. Blair cleared eleven rebounds, had six steals and handed out three assists on the evening.
Andrew Erdman and Drew Cullen each hit three 3-pointers. Erdman finished the game with 16 points and five rebounds while Cullen lit up the board with 15 points and dished out five assists.
SPASH hit 12 of 14 from the Charity Stripe.
The Panthers open Wisconsin Valley Conference play Tuesday, Dec. 12 when they play host to Marshfield at the SPASH fieldhouse. Game time is set for 7:45. The SPASH girls will take the court at 6:00 that night as part of a double header.
