Stevens Point Wins Live Music Grant for Pfiffner Park

STEVENS POINT — The city has recently announced that Stevens Point is the recipient of the Levitt AMP Grant, which will bring more live music to the area.
In partnership with CREATE Portage County, the second Levitt AMP Stevens Point Music Series will be presented at Pfiffner Park along the Wisconsin River. Stevens Point was one of 15 cities nationwide chosen for this grant.
According to a Levitt Foundation press release:
“The 2018 series will continue to illustrate the social and economic impact of creative placemaking initiatives to the local community and beyond.”
