Dr. Eric S. Grajkowski
Dr. Eric S. Grajkowski, 41, Plover, died Sunday, Feb. 4, 2018, in the Madison area.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to noon Friday, Feb. 9, 2018, at Woodlands Church, followed by a Celebration of Life service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family for his children’s education.
He was born April 2, 1976, to Gerald and Hsiu Lan Grajkowski at Clark Air Force Base in the Philippines. After graduating from Thorp High School in 1994, he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force.
In June 2001, he was married to Stacy Jakubowski. He later became an officer and physician, graduating from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2005. After separating from the Air Force, he continued to serve in the Wisconsin Air National Guard, 128th Air Refueling Wing.
He and his family moved to Plover, where he specialized in Family Medicine at Ascension Ministry Medical Group.
He is survived by his wife, Stacy; three children, Sydney, Elijah and Evan; parents, Gerald and Hsiu Lan Grajkowski; and two sisters, Miwa Grajkowski-Blas and Sana (Grajkowski) Wressell.
