Business Council Hosting County Executive Finalists Forum
For the City Times
STEVENS POINT — The Portage County Business Council’s (PCBC) Government Relations Committee is holding a County Executive Finalists Forum on Friday, March 9 at PCBC (7:30-9:00 AM).
The two finalists, Jami Gebert and Chris Holman, from the Feb. 20 primary will be on hand and it is open to the public. We ask those attending to please register to make sure we have appropriate seating.
The focus will be on issues important to the business community and the partnership between PCBC and County government. The County Executive candidates will be asked a set of pre-determined questions to answer during their allotted time at the event. If time allows, those in attendance will be able to submit questions that will be reviewed and/or edited prior to being asked. The moderator for the forum is Chris Sadler, former UW-Stevens Division of Communication professor.
We ask those interested in attending to please go to www.portagecountybiz.com and click on events to register. While the event is free and open to the public, we need to get an idea for seating, although you may come at the last minute. Feel free to invite others. For more information, call 715-344-1940 or contact Todd Kuckkahn at email@example.com. PCBC is located at 5501 Vern Holmes Drive, Stevens Point WI.
