Slashed: At Midnight, a report was made of slashed tires on the 500 block of Second St. North.
Creeper: At 1:50 p.m. an unknown man walked into the city assessor’s office, took pictures of staff, and then left.
Phone Calls: At 2:02 p.m. a complaint was made from a residence on the 1600 block of W. River Dr. concerning harassing phone calls received.

Cap Nap: At 1:55 a.m. a call was made from a tavern on Main St. in Amherst regarding an intoxicated man laying on the floor.
Wallet Thief: At 11:00 a.m. a report was made of a stolen wallet at a grocery store on Pincrest Ave.
Going Dark: At 9:40 p.m. police would find a vehicle operating with no headlights on Michigan Ave. — They would later cite the driver for driving without a license, as well as driving while intoxicated.
