Lawrence M. Frydach, 63, a lifelong resident of Stevens Point, died Friday, April 6, 2018, at the Portage County Health Care Center, while under the care of Ministry Hospice.

A private family service will be held. Interment will be in St. Stephen Catholic Cemetery.

Mr. Frydach was born Nov. 25, 1954, in Stevens Point, a son of the late Maximillian and Emily (Glodowski) Frydach. He grew up in the area and attended the local schools.

In his earlier years, he worked odd jobs until becoming connected with Community Industries. He also worked at Point Bowl as a general laborer until later finding work as a lawn/grounds care worker for several residents within the area.

He enjoyed the peacefulness and solidarity of fishing, with a favorite fishing spot on just about every waterway in the area; but especially on Lake DuBay.

His family includes Mary Zaversnik and Donald Frydach; Eugene Frydach and Betty (Edwin) Pavlaski; and extend family members and friends.
