Custer Based Meat Market Wins Awards

CUSTER — A Custer meat market have won multiple awards for their superior quality of meat.
Matthew Cizewski and Ryan Falkavage represent the People’s Meat Market in Custer, and they recently took home two Wisconsin Association of Meat Processors awards. They took top prize as champion for their flavored snack sausages, and reserve champion in the category of ‘Smoked, Cooked, & Cured Traditional Bratwurst’.
The People’s Meat Market has been family-owned and operated since 1938, and is according to their website, the only full service meat market in Portage County.
