Sheriff Calls for April 10-12

April 10 – At 10:26 a.m. a report was made from the 7100 block of Pine Tree Dr. in Amherst that lights were on in a vacant home.

April 10 – At 10:30 a.m. police were notified of horses in the road in the area of Oxbow Rd.

April 10 – Late into the night, a driver was cited for a defective brake lamp on Stanley St.

April 11 – At 4:24 a.m. a crash was reported involving a car striking a deer in the area of Custer.

April 11 – At 6:47 p.m. a report of lost steer was made from the area of Sixth St.

No. of Accidents Reported: 2

April 12 – At 1:58 a.m. a report of an overdose was made from a residence in Mosinee.

April 12 – At 4:49 a.m. an accident involving a vehicle hitting a deer was made in the area of Rosholt.

April 12 – At 11:25 a.m. a complaint was made concerning a vehicle speeding through the parking lot at Amherst High School after hours.

April 13 – At 2:00 a.m. two males were observed with flashlights walking around a car lot on 80th St. South in Wisconsin Rapids. The man claimed he won money and was looking for a new car.
