Stevens Point starts Midwest Youth Tennis Team program
The USTA/Midwest Section, in partnership with the Central Wisconsin Tennis Alliance, is offering a Midwest Youth Team Tennis program for children in the Stevens Point community.
The introductory program is for ages 5-14, and will be held at the Goerke Park Tennis Courts in Stevens Point Tuesdays and Thursdays from June 12 through July 12.
Cost is $60 and includes an age appropriate racquet, T-Shirt and goodie bag. The Midwest Youth Team Tennis is open to players of all levels – beginner, intermediate, or more advanced – or those with no experience at all.

Times for the Tuesday and Thursday sessions are from 8 to 9 a.m. (ages 5-6), 9 to 10 a.m. (ages 7-8), 10 to 11 a.m. (ages 9-10), and 11 a.m. to noon (ages 11-14).
