STEVENS POINT — The Central Wisconsin Symphony Orchestra invites the public to “Dinner en Blanc – a Solstice Celebration” on Thursday, June 21, taking place on the Stevens Point’s Mathias Mitchell Public Square from 6:00-9:00 p.m.
Attendees plan dinner, beverages, and decorations then dine together amidst luminaries and twinkling lights underneath the cover of a giant tent. Participants are encouraged to wear all white and will bring their own culinary creations, as well as beverages, table decorations and table service. Tables, chairs, table coverings and live music will be provided. Table set-up will begin at 6:00 p.m. with the smooth musical sounds of the Silvas starting at 6:30 p.m.
A formal toast to the community and the Summer Solstice at 7:00 p.m. will start the evening’s activities.
