“I wanted to do something that mattered.” – Bria Bella & Co. owner Tara Manzke shortly after opening her store in 2017.

STEVENS POINT — One year ago, Tara Manzke wanted to make it her mission to make all women look and feel beautiful, and one year later she has far exceeded such a goal.

Bria Bella & Co. will celebrate their one year anniversary on June 1-2, and since day one the message has always been on point for Manzke’s customers — to build a better, stronger “you”. New to the Stevens Point downtown business district, she credits the community for her continued success that has now spanned two fashion shows, a business-award, local area fundraising efforts for Big Brothers Big Sisters, and soon bringing in a former SPASH German foreign exchange student to create an exclusive clothing line.

“It feels amazing (and a bit surreal) to be a business owner in Downtown Stevens Point,” said Manzke. “The community here is absolutely wonderful and has been so supportive of Bria Bella & Co.”

Through makeovers, private shopping events, and thousands of dollars donated into the community by the company, the message of empowerment has never swayed, and it’s the same message that Maznke wants to celebrate as the company moves into their second year.

“A big part of our mission is to empower all women to feel beautiful and shine with confidence from within,” said Manzke. “We are excited to celebrate all that we have accomplished together over the past year, along with the amazing people we have met.”

The future looks to be auspicious for the clothing line, as a third fashion show for the company is slated for July of this year as a part of Discover Downtown. However, for Manzke, what has been a stellar first year is only the beginning.

“I see this past year as just the beginning of a very exciting journey and look forward to what’s ahead.”

Bria Bella & Co. is located at 925 Main Street, downtown Stevens Point.
