UWSP men’s basketball team will hold summer camps

The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point (UWSP) men’s basketball program will host a number of boys basketball summer camps, which will be held from June through July.

An Instructional Camp will be held June 10 through 12, for incoming Grades 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, and 11-12. Cost is $245 for resident (to stay in the dorms) or $210 for commuter.

The Offensive Skills Camp I will take place June 17-19 for incoming Grades 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, and 11-12. Cost is $245 for resident or $210 for commuter.

Shooting Camp I is June 20 and 21, for incoming Grades 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, and 11-12. Cost is $150, for commuter only.

The Youth Day Camp, with options for the morning, evening, or all day, will be held July 16-19 for incoming Grades 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, and 11-12. Cost is $120 for morning or evening, and $240 for all day.

The Team Camp, for varsity and junior varsity teams, will take place July 20-22, for incoming Grades 9-10 and 11-12. See your high school coach for information. Cost is $180 for resident and $150 for commuter.

Instructional Camp II is set for July 22-24 for incoming Grades 5-6, 7-8, 9-10. Cost is $245 for resident or $210 for commuter.

Shooting Camp II will be held July 25-26 for incoming Grades 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, and 11-12. Cost is $150, for commuter only.

Offensive Skills Camp II will take place July 29-31 for incoming Grades 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, and 11-12. Cost is $245 for resident or $210 for commuter.

UWSP men’s basketball head coach Bob Semling and his staff will provide all of the organization and instruction at every session of the camps. The UWSP men’s basketball team will serve as camp counselors and share their college expertise. Some of the best high school coaches in the state will also provide insight and experience. One coach and one player/counselor will be assigned to every team of 10.
