Photo: Portage County 4-H members show off garments at clothing revue

STEVENS POINT –Portage County 4-H members showed off their homemade garments at the 4-H Clothing Revue on Monday, June 19 at 6:00 p.m. in the Annex. This event is held annually in place of the Rosholt Fair for clothes judging and in preparation for the State Fair.
Lucy Gwidt of the Casimer Boosters, Anna Turney of the Eager Eagles, and Clare Viau of the Sunnyside Climbers participated in the event and each received a blue ribbon for their clothing.
Lucy and Clare were both awarded Best of Show for senior division, both qualified for a 4-H scholarship to attend Wisconsin State Fair. Anna received Jr. Best of Show.
Portage County 4-H Mission: To bring University of Wisconsin unbiased, research-based educational information to the residents of Portage County.
