Here is the rundown of a very busy Fourth of July weekend

Thursday, June 28

Live Music: Red Tide – 5:30 PM
-Amber Grill kicks off their very own music series with Red Tide. Amber Grill is located at 1001 Amber Ave.

Friday, June 29

Live Music: Jerry Schmitt Trio – 8:30 PM
-Get your fill of country music at Rookie’s Sports Pub on Friday, located at 3245 Church St.

Friday, June 29 – Sunday, July 1
Riverfront Rendezvous
-Stevens Point’s very own annual Fourth of July celebration kicks off next weekend. Enjoy a full lineup of performances, including The Original Wailers, culminating in the fireworks show on Sunday night. This all takes place at Pfiffner Park, 1100 Crosby Ave.

Saturday, June 30

Annual Horseshoe Tournament at Riverfront Rendezvous – 9AM
-Take part in this special Fourth of July horseshoe tournament, held at Mead Park, 1201 Whitney St.

Live Music: Bad Downs – 7PM
-If you want to stay indoors, check out the Bad Downs, playing at Bullheads Bar & Grill, 3368 Campsite Dr.

Live Music: The Prellwitz Brothers – 5PM
-Live At Sunset Point Winery, check out this local act and enjoy some wine. Sunset Point Winery is located at 1201 Water St.

Families Belong Together – Stevens Point – 12PM
-March down Division Street and show your support for keeping families together. Meeting place is at 111 Division St. at the former K-Mart building.

Wednesday, July 4

Stevens Point Running of the Flag – 7AM
-Join this run/walk – pet friendly event, at Pfiffner Park. All proceeds go to the Portage County Veterans Relief Fund.

July 4th Parade – 11AM
-Stevens Point hosts its annual Fourth of July parade on Main Street.

Live Music: Bradley Sperger – 6PM
-As part of the PJ’s Live series, enjoy musical artist Bradley Sperger. PJ’s is located at 601 N. Michigan Ave.

Thursday, July 5

Live Music: Elvis Thao and the Creatives – 7PM
-The Levitt AMP series continues with folk rock group Elvis Thao and the Creatives at Pfiffner Park.

Friday, July 6

Live Music: Soul Whiskey – 6:30PM
-Enjoy live music, playing at Central Waters Brewery, 351 Allen St. in Amherst.

Junction City Picnic (July 6-8)
-Located at 224 Case Ave. in Junction City.

Saturday, July 7

Rosholt Fireworks – 7PM
-Enjoy fireworks at the Rosholt Fairgrounds, 186 E. Forest St.

Live Music: HYDE – 6:30PM
-Local favorite HYDE plays Bullheads Bar & Grill, 3368 Campsite Dr.

Sunday, July 8

St. Bronislava’s Pariash Festival – 8AM
-Join a day’s worth of family-friendly activities, from raffles, bake sales, food, prizes, bingo, and more. St. Bronislava’s is located at 3200 Plover Rd.
