The Golf Outing is an effort to raise money to benefit the Humane Society of Portage County to help care for and find homes for thousands of homeless pets each year.

The eighteen hole four person scramble will start with a shotgun start promptly at 10am followed by Social Hour and awards. Registration opens at 8:30 am with a practice tee available for warm up.  Cost is $150 per person which includes golf with cart, reception following golf, goody bag, Beat the Pro Challenge, various hole challenges and prizes. Golfers may also participate in raffles at registration.  Preregistration is required to participate.

This year’s event is sponsored by Affordable Snow Control.  Hole Sponsorship is available for $200 per hole or $750 for a “Leader of the Pack” sponsor which includes four registered golfers & hole sponsor.  Other sponsorship opportunities are still available.

Golfers and interested sponsors can register by visiting  www.hspcwi.org/Golf2018/ and register online or download the form and mail in payment by check or credit card.  Golfers may also visit the Humane Society of Portage County at 3200 Iber Lane, Plover, WI to sign up.

Our mission is to prevent cruelty, abuse, neglect and overpopulation of companion animals while seeking adoption of these animals into compatible homes, and teaching humane awareness and respect for all life, thus helping to build a better community.
