Wednesday, July 4

Stevens Point Running of the Flag – 7AM
-Join this run/walk – pet friendly event, at Pfiffner Park. All proceeds go to the Portage County Veterans Relief Fund.

July 4th Parade – 11AM
-Stevens Point hosts its annual Fourth of July parade on Main Street.

Live Music: Bradley Sperger – 6PM
-As part of the PJ’s Live series, enjoy musical artist Bradley Sperger. PJ’s is located at 601 N. Michigan Ave.

Thursday, July 5

Live Music: Elvis Thao and the Creatives – 7PM
-The Levitt AMP series continues with folk rock group Elvis Thao and the Creatives at Pfiffner Park.

Friday, July 6

Movies in the Park – “The Goonies” – 6PM
-Enjoy this classic for free at Pfiffner Park, 1100 Crosby Ave.

Live Music: Soul Whiskey – 6:30PM
-Enjoy live music, playing at Central Waters Brewery, 351 Allen St. in Amherst.

Junction City Picnic (July 6-8)
-Located at 224 Case Ave. in Junction City.

Saturday, July 7

Rosholt Fireworks – 7PM
-Enjoy fireworks at the Rosholt Fairgrounds, 186 E. Forest St.

Live Music: HYDE – 6:30PM
-Local favorite HYDE plays Bullheads Bar & Grill, 3368 Campsite Dr.

Sunday, July 8

St. Bronislava’s Parish Festival – 8AM
-Join a day’s worth of family-friendly activities, from raffles, bake sales, food, prizes, bingo, and more. St. Bronislava’s is located at 3200 Plover Rd.

Wednesday, July 11

Live Music: Dig Deep – 6:30 PM
-Catch the ongoing music series at PJ’s with Dig Deep, a Stevens Point based string band. PJ’s is located at 601 N. Michigan Ave.

Thursday, July 12

Live Music: Immegré – 6PM
-The Levitt AMP series continues, live at Pfiffner Park, 1100 Crosby Ave. Immegré is an afro-funk group out of Madison.

Live Music: Marvelous Marvin – 5:30 PM
-Amber Grill continues their music series with Marvelous Marvin, 1001 Amber Ave.

Friday, July 13

Beer, Cheese and Pets Please – 6PM
-Join this fundraiser for the Humane Society of Portage County. Tickets are $35, $50 for VIP. Enjoy brews, wine, and cheese. Pets are welcome. This event is held at SentryWorld, 601 N. Michigan Ave.

‘Grease’ – (July 13 – 7PM/July 14 – 2PM)
-The Playhouse Theatre Group of Central Wisconsin presents the musical ‘Grease’, to be performed at Sentry Theater, 1800 Northpoint Dr.

Saturday, July 14

Live Music: The Oxleys – 7PM
-Head over to Central Waters, 451 Allen St., to enjoy live from this Milwaukee folk trio. Admission is free.

Pie & Ice Cream Social – 9AM
-Rising Star Mill will partner with the Portage County Historical Society for a pie and ice cream social, 3190 County Highway Q in Nelsonville.
