July 3

At 2:05 a.m. a complaint was made regarding a suspicious man packing items in a box and setting them on the curb in the area of Franklin Street.

At 9:34 a.m. a report of a stolen cell phone was made from the 2900 block of Fourth Avenue.

At 10:39 p.m. a noise complaint was made on Ellis Street.

July 4

At 9:27 a.m. a suspicious vehicle was reported in the area of Church Street.

At 9:27 a.m. a traffic stop on the 3200 block of Yvonne Drive resulted in the arrests of individuals with drugs and drug paraphernalia.

At 11:12 p.m. a suspicious vehicle was reported on the 100 block of Division Street.

July 5

At 2:11 a.m. a man was arrested for his third OWI charge in the area of Phillips Street and Briggs Street.

At 3:31 a.m. a man was found sleeping in his vehicle on the 3200 block of Church Street.

At 6:17 a.m. a call was made to report a possible intoxicated man on a bicycle on Brilowski Road.

July 6

At 12:33 a.m. a report of criminal damage to property was made on the 900 block of Lindbergh Avenue, resulting in arrests.

At 8:22 p.m. a person attempted to steal items through self-checkout at a grocery store on Academy Avenue.

At 9:31 p.m. a disorderly conduct was reported on the 3500 block of Bush Street.

July 7

At 4:24 a.m. the theft of a purse was reported on the 3900 block of Robert Place.

At 3:01 p.m. a report of a person trespassing was made on the 900 block of Main Street.

No. of accidents reported: 2

July 8

At 2:24 a.m. a disturbance was reported resulting in an arrest for disorderly conduct in the area of Second Street.

At 3:26 a.m. a man was arrested for his first OWI after an accident on the 100 block of Second Street.

At 4:50 p.m. a stolen bike was reported on the 800 block of Clark Street.

July 9

At 8:23 a.m. a person was arrested after a K-9 search found drug paraphernalia in their possession on W. Clark Street.

At 4:45 p.m. a retail theft was reported from a business on the 5500 block of US 10 East.

No. of accidents reported: 2
