Wednesday, July 18

Live Music: Southbound – 6PM
-Held at PJ’s, 601 N. Michigan Ave., enjoy live music from one of the area’s well-known country groups.

Thursday, July 19

Live Music: Bradley Sperger – 5:30 p.m.
-Enjoy live music from Bradley Sperger at Amber Grill, 1001 Amber Ave.

Live Music: Sweet Sheiks – 6PM
-The Levitt AMP series continues with music from the Sweet Sheiks, a musical act inspired by the Roaring 20’s. As always, this is held at the Pfiffner Park bandshell.

Portage County Fair of Amherst (July 19-22)
-This annual event kicks off at the Amherst fairgrounds, 4504 Fairgrounds Rd. in Amherst.

Friday, July 20

Live Music: The Rising Star Mill Presents: MoJo & Flipside – 7PM
-held at the Rising Star Mill, 3190 Highway Q, enjoy music from an act described as “Funky-Blue Americana”.

Live Music: Cosmic Strings – 8PM
-Held at the Elbow Room, 1321 Second St., enjoy live acoustic/folk music from this wife-husband duo.

Saturday, July 21

Live Music: Bradley Sperger – 3PM
-Sperger is back again, this time at Bullhead’s, 3368 Campsite Dr.

Discover Downtown (all day)
-Sidewalk sales, food and entertainment, all to show off Stevens Point’s lively downtown scene. Check it out, happening everywhere on Main Street.

Style on Main Fashion Show
-Featuring clothes from German fashion designer, and former SPASH student Lisa Lüdtke, check out local models as they strut down the runway wearing outfits from Bria Bella & Co.

Live Music: Jam’n’July (all day)
-One of the largest independent music festivals in the area takes form at Pfiffner Park, featuring some of the best heavy metal from around the state, including headliner Within the Ruins.

Sunday, July 22

American Suzuki Institute (varies)
-Enjoy live performances from this two-week music camp, as world-class faculty will teach music to 1,110 students. Classes and performances held at the Aber Suzuki Center.

Spiritfest – 10:30 a.m.
-Hosted by the St. Stanislaus-Newman Catholic Church, Spiritfest is a festival featuring children’s games, raffles, book sales, and more. Held at 838 Fremont St.

Wednesday, July 25

Live Music: The Britins – 6PM
-Enjoy remakes of Beatles classic from this long-time band, playing at PJ’s Live, 601 N. Michigan Ave.

Thursday, July 26

Live Music: Samantha Fish – 6PM
-As a part of the Levitt AMP Series, enjoy music from one of the featured blues guitarists in the nation in Samantha Fish. This concert will be held at Pfiffner Park, 1100 Crosby Ave.

Saturday, July 28

Celebrate Plover (all day)
-Celebrate Plover is an all-day festival celebrating the very best the Plover area has to offer. Family activities, food, crafts, fireworks, and more. This event kicks off at Lake Pacawa, 1831 Maple Dr.
