The AAA Legion Baseball Region 2 Regional Tournament at Witter Field in Wisconsin Rapids has been pushed back a day due to rain Friday, July 20, with different game times for Saturday, July 21.

In the opener Saturday, the Plover Black Sox will take on D.C. Everest at 11 a.m., with Wausau to play Marshfield at 2 p.m.

The Stevens Point Sixers will face Wisconsin Rapids at 5 p.m. Saturday in the final game of the opening day.

The winner of the six-team, double-elimination tournament will advance to the State Tournament in Marinette July 27-31.

Also, the Junior American Legion 17U State Tournament at Memorial Park in Plover has been delayed one day, with the Friday schedule and game times  to be used Saturday.
