Letter: Imagine if Hillary did this?

To the Editor:

Imagine if Hillary Clinton had won the election?

Imagine if the Russians had hacked into Trump’s campaign to get Clinton elected?

Imagine if Clinton said she didn’t believe the hacking had anything to do with the election and called the reporting of it fake news?

Imagine that Clinton then cozied up to Putin and humiliated our NATO allies?

Imagine if a special counsel’s investigation resulted in two dozen indictments so far and numerous guilty pleas, and Clinton called it a “witch hunt”?

Imagine if Clinton went to Helsinki and took the side of Putin over our own intelligence agencies?

Imagine if Clinton was provided agency intelligence information of Russian meddling before her inauguration and Putin had ordered it.

Would you forgive her lies or call her “crooked” Hillary, call to “lock her up”, and “impeach” her?

Well Clinton didn’t win, and Trump did, and has, repeatedly said all the above while proclaiming there has been no collusion. Now should we be chanting to “lock him up”, “impeach” him, and call him “crooked” Donald, like his supporters chanted for Hillary?

Trump has made over 3200 lies since being in office according to the Washington Post’s political fact-check and they have been increasing to over five a day during 2018. Imagine if Hillary had been elected and lied to the american public like Donald — what the the uproar would be?

You have a right and privilege to vote in the November election, and the opportunity to help elect a democratic majority in congress to help put a check and balance on an out of control president who I feel is a threat to our national security.

Please help the expected blue tidal wave in November to become a reality.

Thank you Fred! Not a fan of Hillary but she would have been far better then the bozo we have now. Why people still support this treasonous fool is beyond comprehension. I hope people wake up and vote COUNTRY over party this next time around. We can no longer afford to have such an embarrassment as the leader of this country. Personally I don’t want to be controlled by Russia. Unless the rest of you wake up, that just might happen!

Me too. Which is why it’s red all the way.

The left has only gotten more out of touch since 2016. At least now they’ve shown their true colors. Everyone except American citizens matter, and the Constitution is whatever they decide it is on any given day.

So far, so good Trump. Keep those court picks coming and MAGA.

And why does your name link to hillaryclinton.com?

    • Joe Schwan 25 July, 2018 at 14:30 Reply

First off Joe, My name doesn’t link to anything. Secondly, the one who’s out of touch is you. Your side likes to make these statements that the left is out of touch and doesn’t care for anyone, especially americans so let me ask you:
      1. Who’s the president who has tried to take away medical insurance non stop from us from day 1?
      2. Who’s the president who has helped the 1% and crapped on the working man with his tax redo plan?
      3. Who’s the president who lies constantly on a daily basis? 3000 lies and counting. And don’t sit there and tell me he doesn’t like because only a complete moron such as yourself believes that.
      4. Who’s the president who just made a fool of our country and kissed a foreign enemies ass in front of the world? And you claim red is gonna help you from turning russian. Laughable. Are you already a russian?
      5. Who’s the president who claims he believes in god yet has MULTIPLE proven affairs and just got caught again, ON TAPE mind you, admitting to payment of hush money? Ahh you must be so proud of what your red side has done so far this term. Keep up the good work! Fool
