STEVENS POINT — A local business will partner with the Humane Society of Portage County next week for a special fundraiser.
Starting on July 25, NextHome Priority will host a fundraiser at their office, 20 Park Ridge Dr. The drive will conclude with a special Ladies’ Night on Aug. 2. According to Brittany Thomas, Director of Business Development for NextHome Priority, the fundraiser is a great opportunity volunteerism within the community.
“We enjoy continuing to work alongside and support the local humane society in as many ways as we can,” said Thomas. “Our drive provides a great opportunity to raise awareness for specific items in need while providing a convenient drop off location.”
Employees are asking residents to gather supplies for the shelter. Current needs include canned kitten cat food and clumping cat litter. The Ladies’ Night at NextHome Priority will be filled with food, wine, vendors, chair massages and prizes. The event is free and open to the public.
“We are excited to host this fun filled night bringing together local vendors with members of the community.” said Thomas.
NextHome Priority is open from 8AM – 5PM, Monday through Friday. NextHome Priority offers innovative Real Estate services in Central Wisconsin.
