Couple to celebrate 65th wedding anniversary

Richard and Helen Christofferson will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary on Thursday, August 2.

Helen Trewhella and Richard Christofferson were married on August 2, 1953 at Foursquare Church in Spearfish, South Dakota. A small family celebration is planned.
They have two children, a son, Rick Christofferson of Plover, and a daughter, Dee (Denise) Christofferson-Robar of Thiensville. A second son, Michael, died in infancy. They have three grandchildren, Aaron, Xavier and Jaci.
Richard is retired from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and Helen is retired from St. Michael’s Hospital.
