Sentry recognized by Forbes on two employer lists
Mutual insurance company named to two prestigious employer lists
STEVENS POINT — Forbes has included Sentry Insurance on its first-ever list of America’s Best Employers for Women and, for a second consecutive year, on its list of Best Midsized Employers.
Forbes, an industry-leading global media company, based both rankings on independent survey data.
“As a Sentry employee, I’m proud we’ve received these honors,” said Jayne Petruska, chief human resources officer at Sentry. “I’ve experienced how Sentry creates opportunities for associates to develop personally and professionally. We work hard to promote a family-friendly, community-oriented culture.”
Pete McPartland, Sentry’s chairman of the board, president, and CEO, recognizes Sentry’s most important asset is its people.
“We’re very pleased to be included on Forbes lists of best employers,” McPartland said. “This recognition affirms what we’ve long believed—that Sentry is one of the best places to work in America. At Sentry, we value all our associates and the work they do.”
