Crews closing northbound Business 51 in Whiting beginning Friday

Northbound Business 51 will be detoured until mid-November
WHITING — Crews plan to close the northbound lanes of Business 51 between County HH (Whiting) and Minnesota Avenue (Stevens Point) beginning Friday, October 19. The closure is necessary to complete utility relocations necessary for the reconstruction of Business 51.
- Northbound Business 51 traffic will be detoured via County HH and Nebel Street until mid-November 2018. The schedule is dependent on favorable weather conditions and construction progress.
- Southbound Business 51 will remain open to traffic during this stage of construction.
- County HH will remain open to one lane in each direction between School Street and Minnesota Avenue.
