Learn about Smart Devices and How to Get Rid of Your Stuff

STEVENS POINT — Two new technology programs are being offered at the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC)/ Lincoln Center, 1519 Water St. starting in February.
Dr. Kele Anyanwu will assist with using smart phones and tablets in the class Learn about Smart Devices. The class will be held on Wednesdays beginning February 6, from 3 – 4:40 p.m. and runs for four weeks. Participants will learn about mobile apps and how to download and install them.
How to Get Rid of Your Stuff is a two-week class, scheduled on Monday, February 4 and February 11, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. Students will learn how to sell or give away items using eBay, Craigslist, Freecycle and Trash Nothing. Mary Grossnickle is the instructor.
