Ascension Medical Group Welcomes Nurse Practitioner to Stevens Point Breast Care Center

STEVENS POINT — Ascension Medical Group is pleased to welcome Family Nurse Practitioner Sandy Albinger, DNP, FNP, to the Breast Care Center at Ascension St. Michael’s Hospital.
As a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Breast Health, Albinger coordinates preventive and diagnostic care as part of the multi-disciplinary Breast Care Center at Ascension St. Michael’s which opened in October 2018.
“I strive to actively and compassionately listen to patient concerns as if they were a member of my own family,” said Albinger.
She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Albinger also holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and completed her undergraduate studies in nursing at Viterbo College, La Crosse.
In her spare time, Albinger enjoys spending time with family, traveling and learning about new cultures.
