An Evening of Chocolate Decadence – 6 p.m.
-Baked goods, chocolate, and sweet hors-d’oeuvres abound. An evening of dessert tasting and fun events located at SentryWorld Sports Center, presented by the Epilepsy Foundation Heart of Wisconsin.
Expanding our Reach in Natural Resources Management – 4 p.m.
-Free seminar held by UWSP College of Natural Resources, located at the Trainer Natural Resource Building in Stevens Point.
Love Out Loud Slow Flow Yoga – 6:30 p.m.
-Relaxing yoga event presented by the Nest Art Studios and Gallery, located at 178 N Main St., Rosholt.
Central Wisconsin Stamp Meeting — 7PM
-Held at Jadeco Stamps, 927 Main St. All stamp collectors welcome. They meet the first Thursday of every month.
Friday, Feb. 8
Grabski’s Gang Fundraiser – 5:30 p.m.
-Show support for Dave Grabski during the last home basketball game of the season as he bravely battles cancer. Event located at 1201 N Point Dr., Stevens Point.
KODACHROME (Feb. 8-9) – 7:30 p.m.
-UWSP play held at the Noel Fine Arts Center. Ticket prices are adult $23, youth $13.
Still Reckless at Rookies – 9:30 p.m.
-Live performance by the band Still Reckless at Rookies Sports Bar in Stevens Point, featuring 90s country music classics.
Saturday, Feb. 9
25th Annual Moose Ice Fishing Derby – 9 a.m.
-Family fun fishing event held at Lake Dubay landing by Tiki Beach Bar & Grill with festivities after, $10 entry fee required, located at 1025 N Second St., Stevens Point.
Big Small Catch Up – 10:30 a.m.
-Fun family event to help mothers interested in breastfeeding network, presented by the Portage County Breastfeeding Coalition. More info available online.
Kellner Knights Radar Run – 10 a.m.
-Fundraising snowmobile race event held by Kellner Knights Snowmobile Club, located near the Biron Flowage. More info and location whereabouts available online.
Sunday, Feb. 10
Valentine’s Day Dinner – 5:30 p.m.
-Romantic meals at Old 10 Bistro in Stevens Point. Ticket price is $125 and is all-inclusive. Registration ends Feb. 5.
Tuesday, Feb. 12
College of Letters and Science Community Lecture Series – 6:40 p.m.
-Erica Weisgram will be presenting the psychology lecture “Barbies or Monster Trucks? The Role of Gender in Children’s Toy Interests” at this free UWSP hosted program.
Wednesday, Feb. 13
Jon Fisher Musical Comedy – 9 p.m.
-A musical comedy act by TruTV star Jon Fisher at the Encore. Great for all ages, especially college students. Free to UWSP students, $5 general admission.
Thursday, Feb. 14
Pal-entine’s Day Party – 4 p.m.
-Free crafts and activities event for families and children located at the Rosholt Branch Library.
Valentines Day at Putt-n-Play – 3 p.m.
-Come celebrate with special packages and deals at Putt-n-Play in Stevens Point.
Zander Michigan at the Encore – 8 p.m.
-Renown Singer/Songwriter Zander Michigan from Detroit comes to UWSP to perform. Free to UWSP students, $5 general admission.
Gluten-Free Stevens Point Meeting – 3:30 p.m.

-Live music from Wisconsin rock band the Red Flags and the Shuntz, located at Brickhause Tavern, 1343 2nd St.
Moscato and Masterpieces at Emy J’s Coffee – 6 p.m.
-A relaxing evening of fine wine and painting with local art instructor Kevin Lang. General admission is $20, $18 with a student ID.
Saturday, Feb. 16
Lee’s Indoor Salad Bar Workshop – sessions at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
-Fun, fresh and friendly event at Judah Studios in Nelsonville. $20 includes all supplies and refreshments.
Jacob Ramsey Acoustic Concert at the Basement Brewhaus – 8 p.m.
-Acoustic set by the talented musician Jacob Ramsey. General admission is $5, free with student ID.
Swing Fling 2019 at the Laird Room – 7:30 p.m.
-Support student scholarships while dancing the night away at this UWSP hosted program. Tickets are $8. Student tickets are $5.
Live Music: Peter Mayer – 7:30 p.m.
-Guitarist Peter Mayer returns to the Jensen Center after 10 years, 487 N. Main St. Tickets are $15 in advance, and $17 at the door.
Sunday, Feb. 17
2nd Annual Tip-Up Pike Jam at Lakeside Bar – 8 a.m.
