AMHERST — Get your friends together for some fun competition at the Jensen Community Center Bean Bag Tournament fundraiser on Saturday, March 16. This event will be held at the Jensen Community Center in Amherst. Deadline for registering a team is March 9.

This day-long event will be filled with cash prizes, food, hot and cold drinks, 50/50 raffle, raffle baskets and fun competition. Check-in will run from 8:30-9:15 a.m. with the competition beginning at 9:30 a.m. Brackets will be randomly assigned. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top 3 teams at 50 percent payout of total registrations. Raffle basket items will include a large-screen television, power tools and offerings from Point Brewery, Clearwater Harbor, Neuville Motors, Emy J’s, The Bottle Stop, Amherst Spirit Wear, Whitetail Lanes, Bootleggers, and many more.

To register, fill out a form found in the February or March issue of the Community Spirit newspaper or on our website at www.lettiejensencenter.org. Remember to pay the $25 registration fee in advance. Spectator admission is $2, 12 & under FREE.
