Festivus for the Rest of Us takes home fourth straight trivia title

STEVENS POINT — For the fourth straight year, Festivus for the Rest of Us has placed first in the world’s largest trivia contest.

Finishing with a total of 19,760 points, the squad pulled off the four-peat by staying ahead of Dad’s Computers, who finished with 19,455 points.

Festivus for the Rest of Us have now placed in the top 3 through every Trivia Weekend since 2009. Dad’s Computers and Festivus for the Rest of Us have taken the top two spots every year since 2012, with Dad’s Computers taking first from 2013-15.

This year marked the 50th anniversary of Trivia Weekend. This contest tallied 341 teams with a total of 8,962 players and 1,057 alumni.

  2. Dad’s Computers – 19,455 points
  3. Trivial Fursuit 9: Howlin’ Haoeles – 18,640 points
  4. Lactation Nation: Suck M’ Danno! – 17,645 points
  5. Knights of Neek – 17, 540 points
  6. Network – 17,105 points
  7. Ugly Undulating Uvulas – 16,665
  8. Freshly Squeezed – 16, 350
  9. Whoops! I’m a Caker! – 16,095 points
  10. Collective Foole  – 15,985 points
