Frame Memorial Presbyterian Church Offers Community Mission Grants Again in 2019
For the City Times
Grant Applications Available Starting May 1, 2019
STEVENS POINT — Every year, Frame Memorial Presbyterian Church offers community grants to local non-profit organizations. In 2018, Frame Memorial Presbyterian Church awarded more than $13,400 to 20 non-profit organizations through the Community Grants Program.
These grants help existing organizations continue their ongoing efforts to serve our community or to fund a new project within an existing organization. In addition to support from Frame Memorial Presbyterian Church members, the Danny Mitchell “Music on a Mission” concerts are a key fund raiser for the Frame Church Community Grant Fund.
The Fund has also grown from a generous donation by the former church-sponsored Vietnamese family of Ngyen-Duc Chung and Ho Thi Tu.
Portage County 501(c)(3) organizations that serve individuals, families or groups are eligible to apply for a grant. The grant application must demonstrate how the grant will be used to enhance people’s skills or meet their basic needs.
Applications will be available starting Wednesday, May 1, 2019. Organizations can obtain an application online at www.framepres.org or by emailing the church office at [email protected]. Applications must be completed and returned to the church office by noon on Monday, June 3, 2019. Please contact the church office at 715.341.3040 or [email protected] with questions.
