PHOTOS: SPASH celebrates commencement

STEVENS POINT – The 2019 Stevens Point Area Senior High (SPASH) graduating class of nearly 500 celebrated commencement exercises May 26 at SPASH. Of the graduates, almost 200 students will continue their education at a University of Wisconsin school, with 75 of those attending UWSP.

Another 85 students will attend a Wisconsin Technical College – 65 of those students attending Mid-State Technical College.

Eleven students have committed to the armed services, seven to an adult apprenticeship program and 47 students will attend out of state public and private schools, including Brigham Young University, Claremont McKenna, Duke and Harvard.
