STEVENS POINT – Kitchen Tune-Up, a national kitchen and bath remodeling company known for its signature one-day wood restoration service, has arrived in Stevens Point. Meeting the growing demand from homeowners seeking to update and upgrade the look of their kitchens, Kitchen Tune-Up is serving communities across central Wisconsin.

Local Stevens Point resident Andy Thompson has launched Kitchen Tune-Up’s operations along with the support of the company’s home office located in Aberdeen, South Dakota. The award-winning company has established itself with more than 30 years of success behind it.

“Our goal is to make kitchen updates hassle-free for homeowners,” said Thompson, who is planning to develop five additional Kitchen Tune-Up locations across central and northern Wisconsin. “Fast and affordable kitchen and cabinet updates are in high-demand, and I have tremendous confidence in the system that the national franchise provides for us to serve Wisconsin residents and grow an amazing team. I plan on opening additional locations in Wisconsin and am putting together teams of talented leaders, project managers, technicians and sales people to help homeowners across Wisconsin get the kitchens of their dreams.”

Along with his first territory Owner-Operator partners Bobby and Ashley Kuhns, Thompson has launched his first location serving Stevens Point, Wausau, Waupaca, Wisconsin Rapids and the surrounding communities in central Wisconsin.

“Andy is a fantastic addition to the Kitchen Tune-Up family. We have all the confidence in him to carry on the Kitchen Tune-Up tradition,” said Heidi Morrissey, president of the Kitchen Tune-Up Franchise System. “He is exactly the type of trusted partner homeowners in central and northern Wisconsin need to support their remodeling projects.”

In addition to residential clients, Kitchen Tune-Up offers kitchen, cabinet, and storage updates/remodeling for commercial customers. Services for both client bases include the company’s famous Tune-Up, a proprietary wood reconditioning process, as well as cabinet redooring, cabinet painting, cabinet refacing, custom cabinets, Granite Tune-Ups and accessories. Plus, the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process guides homeowners through the entire project.

“As a tenured business owner and entrepreneur, I am thrilled to be part of such a successful and respected company – one that has built its reputation on trust, excellent service and amazing results,” added Thompson. “Helping team members find a fulfilling career and work in an engaging environment drives me and Kitchen Tune-Up fully aligns with my goals, motivations, and purpose.”
