City release: Stevens Point Brush Pickup for City Residents

STEVENS POINT — The City of Stevens Point will have curbside brush pickup happening the week of July 29th.
If you are able to drop off your brush, please do so. We have extended our drop off hours to 7am-7pm through Friday and regular hours on Saturday of 9am until 4pm at the drop off site near Bukolt Park.
Residents are asked to have their storm damage brush at the curb no later than 7am on Monday July 29. We will be going through each area only once, so it needs to be ready for the crews to pick up.
The City crews will be able to take branches up to 6” in diameter. Please have the branches cut into lengths no greater than 4 feet and butt ends facing the street to assist our crews in removal.
We have pulled crews off of their regular duties to run this pickup, so please be patient as some of our other projects will have to put on hold.
