Applications open for Dozynki Scholarship

STEVENS POINT – Dozynki Scholarship applications are being accepted in conjunction with the 2019 Dozynki Harvest Festival on Sept.15. Three $1,500 scholarships, five $1000 scholarships, and ten $500 scholarships will be awarded this year. Students entering grades 11-12, who are planning post-high school education, are eligible.
Dozynki is a harvest celebration in the rural areas of Poland. Music, food, and dancing are part of the celebration, both in Poland and here in Stevens Point. The Point festival will be held at the Moose Family Center, Stevens Point, WI.
