For the City Times

STEVENS POINT – The city of Stevens Point and town of Hull will hold a public informational meeting to discuss the proposed plans for the Country Club Drive/Hoover Road Bituminous Repair Project on Aug. 14 at 6 p.m. at the Hull Town Hall, 4550 Wojcik Memorial Dr., Stevens Point.

Country Club Drive is anticipated to close from Carol’s Lane north to Main Street/Highway 10 beginning Aug. 19 for approximately two weeks, weather dependent. Country Club Drive will remain open from the south to Carol’s lane to accommodate home owners in that subdivision.

Every reasonable effort will be made to maintain access to driveways along Country Club Drive; however, residents and guests may experience delays depending upon the activities being performed. Long term and overnight parking on adjacent streets may be necessary at times.
