After a week of play that included several make-up matches, the top of the league standings have changed heading into the final week of the season for the Central Wisconsin Men’s Golf League. With that challenge facing them, the guys didn’t disappoint, as they registered the second lowest team score of the week to pick up 10 points and move into the lead with 25-points overall. During its run, Midwest defeated the Hacker Backers, Hilltop Too and Big Apple Bagels. Rookies Sports Bar is now second with 22-points after it beat Hilltop Too and lost to Jordan Bar, while Point After/Cozy Kitchen beat Big Apple Bagels.

In Kelly Division play, Hilltop Pub & Grill beat Rookies Sports Bar, Two Harps Pub downed Hilltop Too, Partners Pub fell to Big Apple Bagels, Matero’s lost to Midwest Hardware, Badger Heating/Rice’s Paint defeated Jordan Bar, Backwoods Bar & Grill fell to Point After/Cozy Kitchen, and Two Harps beat Backwoods in a make-up match.

With just one week left, the standings in the Stricker Division now show Midwest Hardware on top, with Rookies Sports Bar three points back. Hilltop Too is third, Jordan Bar fourth, Big Apple Bagels fifth, Point After/Cozy Kitchen sixth and Hacker Backers seventh.
