India Festival to benefit Mother Teresa Shelter

STEVENS POINT – Pacelli High School will host the Mother Teresa India Festival on Sept. 14, 3-7 p.m., to benefit the Mother Teresa Shelter.
Learn about India customs and enjoy an ethnic meal, while helping to raise funds for the Mother Teresa Shelter Home in Tanjore, India.
The meal buffet is being served 4:30-6 p.m. at the high school, 1301 Maria Dr., Stevens Point.
The event also features Indian dancers, a sand art demonstration, and a cooking class. There will also be India clothing and food for sale, henna painting, and a children’s sand art area. The event closes with a Colorfest walk at 7 p.m. – bring your own t-shirt.
