PLOVER – SC Swiderski, LLC, a Mosinee-based construction, real estate development, and property management firm, will break ground on a 40-unit townhome development in the village of Plover.

The development, Willow Estates II, is a “market-rate 40 unit townhome development” located on the corner of Plover Road and Foremost Road in the west part of the village. SC Swiderski is the general contractor for the townhome development and will retain ownership and manage the property.

“Willow Estates II will finish out the highly successful Willow Estates development in the Village,” said Jacqui Miller, business development manager for SC Swiderski.

“This project continues to add a different style of market-rate housing to the Plover Area, providing additional housing opportunities and assisting in new economic development activities within the Village,” stated Plover Community Development Manager Ryan Kernosky. “SC Swiderski, seeing the economic momentum of the Village, chose to add to that momentum with this project. We couldn’t be more pleased with their product.”

Willow Estates II is a brand-new style of townhome designed by SC Swiderski. Representatives say that Willow Estates II tenants “will enjoy spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhomes with attached garages, patios, and high-quality finishes throughout.”

The ground breaking is scheduled for Sept. 18 at noon, with the public invited to attend.
