Disturbance
On August 22 at 6:33 p.m. a 33-year old male was reported as intoxicated and causing a disturbance. The Stevens Point man was arrested on charges of misdemeanor bail-jumping, disorderly conduct, and resisting or obstructing an officer.
August 23, 2019
Cat emergency
On August 23 at 12:04 a.m. a 58-year-old male called 911 and hung up. A follow-up call revealed that the male’s cat had walked across the male’s phone screen while he had been trying to power down his phone. The man confirmed that there was no emergency.
Unwanted packages
On August 23 at 4:47 p.m. a 37-year-old female reported that she was repeatedly the recipient of unwanted packages from a 38-year-old Stevens Point male. The suspect was contacted and warned.
August 24, 2019
Fight
On August 24 at 6:32 p.m. it was reported that a 26-year-old male and a 60-year-old male had gotten into a physical fight at a Stevens Point residence on Marie Avenue. The younger of the two was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, possession of THC, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
