October event to offer international journey

PORTAGE COUNTY – The Portage County Business Council is hosting its 18th Annual Wines of the World event on Oct. 25.
The event will take place at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Convention Center, 1001 Amber Ave., Stevens Point, 6-9 p.m., providing the community with an international journey. Attendees will be able to sample a selection of over 100 wines from around the world, an array of fine cuisine, desserts, Wisconsin artisan cheeses, a beer bar, and more, while enjoying live soft jazz.
