Bar brawl
On September 6 at 1:54 a.m. a 28-year-old Winnebago County male reported that a fight between three males had broken out at a bar on Main Street in Stevens Point. The fight involved a 21-year-old Portage County male, a 23-year-old Weyauwega County male, and a 21-year-old Ozaukee male. Footage of the event was unable to determine a clear victim.
September 7, 2019
Attempted arson
On September 7 at 5:17 p.m. it was reported that a 41-year-old Portage County male had lit a gas stove in an attempt to blow up his Stevens Point residence. The man was arrested on charges of first degree reckless endangerment, arson of building without the owner’s consent, and three separate charges of misdemeanor bail-jumping.

Rock vs. window
On September 3 at 12:09 a.m. a 44-year-old Stevens Point male reported that a rock had been thrown through a window of his Union Street residence. The male was unable to provide any possible suspects for the crime.
September 1, 2019
Fight
On September 1 at 3 a.m. it was reported that a physical fight had broken out between three males and a female. A 27-year-old male, 51-year-old male, and 23-year-old female were listed as suspects while a 23-year-old male was named as the victim. One of the individuals sustained a bloody mouth while another came out of the incident with a ripped shirt. No arrests were made.

Traffic stop drug bust
On August 31 at 12:20 a.m. a 45-year-old Nekoosa male and a 47-year-old Biron male were pulled over for a routine traffic stop. Upon investigation by law enforcement, methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia were found in the car and it was discovered that one of the males had an active warrant out for his arrest. The 45-year-old was arrested on charges of probation violation, possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of an illegally obtained prescription. The 47-year-old was arrested on charges of probation violation, possession of drug paraphernalia, and two active arrest warrants.
