STEVENS POINT – The 50th annual Art in the Park took place at Pfiffner Pioneer Park on Sept. 21. The yearly event allows area artists to display and sell their handmade crafts, highlighting the many talented creators in Portage County.
Clouds and light sprinkles during the gathering didn’t deter the crowd from exploring dozens of booths and craft areas. The family-friendly event offered children a chance to test their painting and building skills in the Cardboard City area, or their carpentry abilities at the Woodworking Zone. Face painting, food, and trolley rides were also available to guests.
