Portage County trick-or-treat options and hours

PORTAGE COUNTY – Downtown shops will hand out candy during the Downtown Point Halloween Trick or Treating event on Oct. 26.
The child-friendly event will run 1-4 p.m. Families are encouraged to wear costumes and hit Main Street for this festive outing. Participating shops will have a Halloween poster visible.
Downtown Stevens Point and the Central Wisconsin Children’s Museum are spearheading the program.

Stevens Point: Oct. 31, 5-8 p.m. Almond: Oct. 31, 5-7 p.m. Amherst: Oct. 27, 3-6 p.m. Plover: Oct. 31, 5-8 p.m. Rosholt: Oct. 28, 5-7 p.m. Neillsville: Oct. 31, 5:30-7:30 p.m. Whiting: Oct. 31, 5-8 p.m.
